Integrity Test
- Analyzes past behaviors, values and views of applicants in the areas of loyalty, honesty, theft, bribery, violence, crime, sexual harassment, and addictions to drugs, alcohol and games.
- Identifies mild problematic attitudes, but repetitive – patterns of behavior – and unique attitudes, but serious.
Personality Test – PTI
- Based on the U.S. CPI personality assessment developed in the 50′s.
- Prevents lying because the content in question is not always directly related to the area of personality assessed.
- Evaluates 30 different areas of personality such as responsibility, assertiveness, initiative, service and sales attitude, interpersonal skills, organization, perseverance and emotional stability. You can choose the most relevant to the position.
Skills Test
- Measures intelligence, numerical and technical skills, analysis of financial data, understanding of basic instructions, accuracy and attention to detail, dispersion of attention and speed of response, spatial perception and English proficiency.
